CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Charleston County is on its way to getting a second Trader Joe’s.
Trader Joe’s spokesperson Nakia Rhode confirmed the company was planning to open a new store in Mount Pleasant.
The company has not yet announced a location or open date.
Trader Joe’s currently operates one store in Mount Pleasant located at 401 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard.
The company has two other South Carolina locations, one in Columbia and one in Greenville.
