Judy Collins is coming to Charleston on Friday, September 20th!
The award-winning singer and songwriter began her career early as a piano prodigy at the age of 13. She released her debut album in 1961, A Maid of Constant Sorrow, which featured interpretative works of social poets Bob Dylan, Phil Ochs, and Tom Paxton. For over fifty years, Judy Collins has brought light to audiences through her luminescent presence, hopeful music, and performances. She is also an inspiration off the stage, holding many titles such as accomplished painter, filmmaker, writer, musical mentor, and speaker for mental health awareness.
