Culinary Fight Club launches in Charleston on Thursday with its Pitmaster Throwdown at the Sam Rittenberg Boulevard Kickin’ Chicken from 4 until 7. The contests include:
- Tripp Rion (Chef/Owner at Twisted Food)
- Ava Evans (Chef/Owner at Ava’s Lowcountry Cuisine)
- Blair Machado (Chef at Chef de Cuisine at Indaco)
- Gregg Howard (Chef/Owner at Charleston’s RightOnQue)
Each chef is given 2 hours to create the perfect BBQ dish. Then, those dishes go head to head in the ultimate BBQ Battle
