Country star Brett Kissel was about to sing the National Anthem before a big play-off match up at a sold-out arena. While the television audience could hear him, he was unable to hear himself, and fans weren’t able to hear him in the arena. So, with a wave of his hands, he asked the crowd for assistance and 18,000 people joined in and sang.
The surprising part of this - it happened in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The Canadian country star was there to sing both the Star Spangled Banner and O Canada before Game 3 of the Stanley Cup playoffs between the Ducks and Oilers. It was 18,000 Canadian fans who put together an excellent rendition of the U.S. National Anthem.
