I am originally from Miami, Florida. I grew up in Branson, MO. I began working in the Non Profit field when I was just 18 years old as a Youth Coordinator for Burrell Behavioral Health. I have extensive experience in the mental health field and event planning. In 2018 I decided to pursue my true passion of Historic Preservation. I went back to school to continue my education and start my journey in the History field. In 2020 my husband and I moved to Summerville from Washington State. To attend school at the College of Charleston. I worked for Historic Charleston Foundation for the past three years in different positions. In October of 2023 I began working at the Summerville Museum and Research Center and in January of 2024 I was elected as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Outside of work and school I enjoy baking, hiking, kayaking, traveling, event planning and spending time with my husband and our rescue dogs Frankie and Louie.
