Mount Pleasant’s second high school, the Lucy G. Beckham High, will open in the fall of 2020. Students in 6th and 7th grade this year will be the 9th and 10th graders who make up the school's first classes.
This week, you’ve got an opportunity to give your opinion on what the school’s mascot should be. There are four choices – the Beckham High Ospreys, Bengals, Barracudas or Bolts.
