An Olympic Memory From 20 Years Ago Today

On February 20, 1998, at the Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan, at the age of 15 years, 8 months, and 10 days, Tara Lipinski became the youngest woman to every win the women's figure skating gold medal.     She was born in Philadelphia, but strong Lowcountry ties with a home on Kiawah Island, plus she was married last June in Charleston.    20 years ago today, she upset Michelle Kwan to win the gold!
