The Anniversary Of a Very Famous Concert

January 30, 1969 - the final live performance by the Beatles.

The Fab Four took to the rooftop of Apple Records in London for what turned out to be a 42 minute set, before police came and shut the performance down.   End with John Lennon's famous line ...  "I'd like to say thank you on behalf of the group and ourselves and I hope we've passed the audition"

The Beatles played only 5 different songs that day, doing 3 takes on "Get Back,"  two takes)" of I've Got a Feeling", one take of both "One After 909" and "Dig a Pony."   This was one of the two takes of "Don't Let Me Down."
