You Could Be Owed A Share of $45 Million

If you purchased electronics that use lithium ion batteries between 2000 and 2011, you could be owed some money.     Several battery makers settled a class action lawsuit that claimed they conspired to fix the price of those lithium ion batteries for more than 10 years.    If you bought a cell phone, tablet, lap top or power tool that runs on a lithium ion battery, part of the $45 million dollar settlement could be yours.    You don’t need a receipt to prove you bought them, but you do need to file your claim by Wednesday, November 29th.
