Twin 4-year-olds, Luna and Gianella, write their letters to Santa and on December 1st, they put them inside balloons and released them into the air from their home in Kansas.
On January 2nd, Alvin Bamburg found Luna’s letter 650 miles away in Louisiana, some 650 miles away. He posted about it on Facebook and thanks to the power of social media, he was able to track down the family and organized a way for people to fulfill the wishes on both girl’s lists.
The girls’ mom told them that a special elf named Alvin had found Luna's letter after Santa dropped it.
