• If you believe the study released today in the American Journal of Infection Control, its better to "fist bump" somone than to shake hands.      A study tested 3 ways that people greet each other - a handshake, a fist bump or a high five.   The handshake transmits about 10 times more bacteria than the fist bumps, and about twice as much as the high five.   Plus longer, firmer handshakes transmitted the most bacteria.   So not only is the fist bump cooler, but it's cleaner as well.
